We hope you’ve been doing well, and we want to thank you for the continued trust you place in us. It’s a privilege to be part of your care and support.
We’ve recently introduced our Family Portal, and we hope you’ve had a chance to log in and explore it. We believe it offers a more convenient and transparent way to stay connected with your care, making schedules, updates, and communication easier than ever. If you haven’t accessed it yet or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re also continuing to enhance the portal, so stay tuned for new features and improvements.
We’re also excited to share a few new services and resources:
- Wheelchair Transportation – With the addition of our new van, we’re now able to provide safe and reliable transportation for appointments and outings.
- Senior Placement Services – If you or a loved one is considering a transition to a community setting, we’re here to help guide you through the process at no cost.
- Technology Support for Seniors – We’re introducing support to help seniors feel more comfortable using computers and staying connected with family and resources.
