Client Plan of Care

Be sure to review the client’s plan of care before your shift so that you are aware of what kind of assistance the client needs. If you have questions about the client, do not hesitate to speak with your staffing coordinator. If you feel you are unable to work with the client due to their condition, please let your staffing coordinator know that up front and do not accept the case.
Our clients and families are looking to Familiar Surroundings to assist with the client's daily needs. When working with clients, if you feel the plan of care is not appropriate for the client, please contact the nurse Pam Greene, RN to do a reassessment.
