Familiar Surroundings believes in the importance of one-on-one caregivers, but we understand our caregivers may not always be present. Therefore, we offer a 24/7 coverage service to our clients through Sensi, a state-of-the-art technology. This technology provides us with insight and transparency into care-related occurrences that may happen in the home so we can intervene sooner. Through this system we have detected falls, COVID/Pneumonia, UTI’s, missed medications, etc. and were able to intervene sooner for a more positive result.
