Familiar Surroundings Home Care is proud to participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, the nation’s largest event dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research.
This year, we’ll be joining our community at two local events:
Santa Cruz – September 27
San Jose – October 11
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is more than just a walk — it’s a movement to fight against a disease that impacts millions of families. We invite friends, families, and supporters to walk alongside us as we honor those affected and work toward a future without Alzheimer’s.
